Almost seven days since claiming victory in the White House, questions are being raised in comedy and satire circles about how to best tackle the seemingly untouchable Barack Obama.

Having an intelligent, highly charismatic and genuinely likable left wing leader might pose some series problems for script writers of Bush-baiting comedy fraternities such as The Daily Show. Good then to see The Onion has gotten ahead of the game by launching a broadside on the electorate who swept the New-Jesus to power.
