No anti-Apple blog post is complete without a link to Brooker's devastating breakdown of the Mitchell 7 Webb 'I'm A Mac/PC' advertising blitz. To wit:
"Ultimately the campaign's biggest flaw is that it perpetuates the notion that consumers somehow "define themselves" with the technology they choose. If you truly believe you need to pick a mobile phone that "says something" about your personality, don't bother. You don't have a personality. A mental illness, maybe - but not a personality."

oh yeah, david lynch does the weather report here on my favorite indie radio station, and basically he wakes up every morning and says: "its 65 degrees and sunny" and then he has some random quote that he says... its usually randomly hilarious!
